My suggestions to perfect it so I’d return… please have complimentary black coffee & tea. There is no coffee in rooms or in the vestibule, you must purchase at Starbucks. “The team at Explorer were great to work with. They were super accommodating. We had booked a 3 day stay but the. We realized we needed an extra day. They gave us a late checknout on our first room And then an early check in on our new room. The suite we stayed in was spacious amd clean. The beds were comfortable and the room had a great temp. The linens were clean as well as the towel, which there were plenty. The kichenette worked for our needs.

“We were amusement park hopping, so Quality Lodge was our first and last stop before heading home.
When we walked into the room on stay 1, the room had a distinct smell to it. Not terrible - but not exactly pleasant either. I couldn't place it until I took off my shoes and realized the carpets were wet.....they had just been shampooed. Not sure if this was routine maintenance or if something had happened with the previous guest.
The room for stop 2 smelled more normal.

“Perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 13, 11) for a Cedar Point trip. Breakfast was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit is a nice touch. Fitness center is clean and functional and the location is outstanding for proximity to Cedar Point and other activities.
Staff was very accommodating when we needed more towels for the room (only 3 towels to begin with) and a blanket for the pull-out couch bed.
